Double Image
Hello, this will be my first post. Forgive me if I step on anyone's toes. I would just like some honest critique on how to make my artwork better. So go and do your worst. I just ask that if you don't like a aspect of my photos that you explain why. Thank you.
![]() Two images of the same exposure cut up and put together. ![]() Mirror images of the same exposure. Both photos were hand developed and taken with 35mm black and white film. |

First off, props for going with darkroom printing.
As for your actual work, I like the concept you have with your first one. I think that the choppy style works for that particular image, especially with the way that you have the subject in the photo. The second one, I would rethink a bit. Mirroring is good, but I think that this could use a bit more cohesion. Matching tones in the foreground might help this a bit. |
