Nikon D60
Got myself a Standard Nikon D60 a few months ago. Any tips on settings or so, will be appreciated. Would really like to hear any comments about the product, good or bad. And also perhaps what gear people suggest I get which work well with the product.

For settings, I'd say play around. Using aperture mode (A) or shutter priority (S) can help with making the right settings in different lighting situations.
As for quality, the D60's pretty reliable. I dropped it once from chest-height. Wasn't smart, but it was fine. Just a few scratches. Took it out in a snowstorm, a light rain with a plastic cover, pretty useful. Be prepared, though, because soon you'll realize the handle's a bit too small. But that's a minor inconvenience. Gear: What do you have right now, other than the 18-55 kit lens? (If you have any old Nikon gear, would you mind posting them?)
