Series of this destroyed house. I have a couple more yet to post and edit. A lovely place nonetheless.

All taken with Canon EOS20D.

hey there! looks like a lovely place, indeed!
your photos show a good sense of light and shadow, all of them have a very strong mood to them. unfortunately they are a bit too big for my monitor to see them as a whole, which is a pity. one thing i've noticed: i would crop the first photo a bit - that bright line of the window on the upper right is a bit distracting. it takes away the focus from the center.
the second one has a nice use of depht of field, but it's a bit too "cluttered" for my taste.
i personally like the third one most (the one with the book)it has the strongest composition, i think.
maybe toning down the blown out highlights a tiny tad on the book (and maybe the window) in photoshop would improve it even a bit more.

good work, especially for one week of experience.
see you around!

I really liked the picture of the book. I liked how you lined up the lighting in that one.

Im curious wtf is up with haoyz007! I too love the mood of your work and for a first attempt great job! If you want to be serious get a book on composition and study angles and when and where to use straight and curved lines to dictate your message. some of them are sooo close to perfect.

I do love the one with the book, in my taste only i would not have cut the window and would have moved the book farther left. but thats only my off center taste!

Post Post post and youll be great!

What a gorgeous place! Great lighting especially in the first 3, and I think the 1st one conveys the best mood.
