Wedding Shoot
Hi all.
I am doing my first wedding shoot next week and I am curious to whether any of you have any advice for a novice wedding photographer? Thanks! |

Im not a wedding photographer, but i've assisted on a few. Be creative.. check out this guys work.. i'm not saying to go for this right off the bat, but this guy uses anything and everything in the room to make beautiful images. I saw him speak at the PPA convention, and I swear, the cost of the trip was worth jsut seeing his presentation! And i dont even like shooting weddings. www.jerryghionis.com
Be creative. Dont be afraid to take control (but of course, dont step all over the bride ;P) and if family members are giving you trouble.. such as the mother of the bride.. give her a job, holding a reflector or something. it will make her feel useful and get her out of your hair.
