are you using a mobile phone camera? if so them well done with picture number 2, it really shows the movement of the cars if your using a dedicated camera then you really should turn down your ISO setting to reduce the amount of noise.
the hotrod picture is a nice angle, cars always look great when you shoot from below the bonnet.

thank you daedicurus and alucard, this is the kind of crit I need, this will help learn to adjust my Canon Powershot S3 SI and get it right!

I really like the ferris wheel one. If you have Photoshop or a similar program, try to see if you can make the shadows and mid-tones a bit darker to make the image "pop" more.
