Irem's macro

Hi everyone, I'm Irem Altan from Turkey. I'm 17 years old. And here are some of my macro shots... Some of these have been taken with a macro extension tube and some with 105 mm nikon micro lens. Nikon d80. The dandelions were taken in our school's studio.

pretty nice. i like the blue dandelion one.

you have a studio in school? nice.
are you still in high school?

1 and 3-5 are awesome. Really love the DOF in those.

6 & 7 could be a bit sharper though.

nice stuff, #2 is my fav. great colour. and i agree with purplerose about the cactus ones - great depth of field

actually I now realize that 7 was shot with a d70 and an extension tube. Not my favourite combination. Low megapixel and high iso...

#3 is simply amazing...

Was #1 done using a blue light or Photoshop?

nope. i set the white balance to 2500 kelvin while shooting.
