New York Street Photography

Some street photos from a recent trip to New York. I've still got 3 rolls of film to develop from that trip, so may be more to come in the following weeks All commentary and criticism more than welcome, of course.

p.s. The resolution the JPEG's doesn't seem amazing online, so you must forgive me for that! and as always you can see more of my work at my website www.joekuninphoto.com

Nice photos. I especially like #7.

I moved this thread to the Photojournalism section, seems like a better place for street photography.

7 is nice. Maybe you can try to get a little but closer next time? These are all nice captures, but some of them don't seem dynamic, or we don't know exactly why we are looking at them. Getting closer and allowing the subject to dominate the frame could help, or perhaps changing the comp. I know its hard when you're doing street, esp if your doing hipshots. Keep practicing! i really like to see those other rolls....
