Casi's Macros

My true passion is shooting macros. Most of the ones i'm going to list were not done with a macro lens (could not afford it at the time), but is simply done but flipping my kit lens over and holding it to the body of the camera. I'll try to point out the ones that were done without a macro lens with a '*'. I do not know how to put actual pictures on here yet because I'm new, but I will post links to the pictures.

A nice start, you may want to invest in a flash next though

That will enable you to get the aperture a bit smaller and gain a larger DOF. Of course the other option is a tripod, or some way to keep the camera still. Though thats not as helpful if the subject moves a lot, as is the case with animals ;]

That being said I think the first pic is the best
