So here's my Scavenger Hunt thread... this could be fun!

1. Strength

I liked the soft focus images I saw in someone elses's thread, and I thought I might try my hand at black and white... This is the result. Critique of all levels is very appreciated.

It is actually XD It was 2am when I took it, I was in my room and was using a torch as a light source... lol, took so long =P

Nice tones. Could wish for even a tiny but of sharpness somewhere though.

Nah I think the weight came off my arms and pecs mostly... I need to start capoeira again.

Yeah I went for the blur after I failed at the sharp ones... Really hard to get with a torch =P I'm not sure how I'd get so much contrast if I used anything brighter than that though! I needed a dark room... which meant slow shutter speeds, large apertures... so try as I might, I couldn't get it. But I do agree with you, I wish it was mostly sharp if anything!

I agree with rose, we could do with a bit of sharpness someone, something that draws my eye.. cause atm it just wanders around.

i cant see 2 or 4 cause im on a crap computer, shall look when i get home.

But theres a great sense of speed in 3, i like it
