What camera is good for someone just getting into film photography?

Hello,

I consider myself an intermediate photographer in digital, and film photography seems really appealing to me.Someone suggested I look at lomography.com, and I'm kind of lost. I don't know which one would be good as a starting camera. I was hoping for someone with expertise in film photography/ that has shopped at the site. I don't necessarily need a camera from there, but if there is another camera you suggest, give me a link please.
thank you so much!

small camera?

look at something like an Olympus XA2.
good lenses, nice zone focus, and turns out great results with B&W and color.

oh and it's really small and simple to carry around.
If you need something more versatile, then go for a larger SLR.
Pick up a Canon or Nikon that you can trade lenses to a DSLR later.
