Lives of Things - An-D
This should be exciting. I've taken a lot of animal shots recently. I use photobucket to host images - should I keep putting up the urls like this or put up the actual [img] images?

Really nice animal shots!
The bird bee thing, Long Eared thing, not for sandwiches thing and the last two are my favourites. Did you take the shots in zoos or are some of them wildlife shots? Would be interesting to know :-) Composition wise i think pink bird think would benefit from cropping the upper part more - I'd crop just over the neck of the in focus bird. Show more! ![]() |

Thanks for the compliment/critique. I completely agree on the pink-bird thing. I'm normally pretty good at getting a good crop in, but every now and than I miss something.
And as far as where, most of the exotic looking things were taken in either the Atlanta Aquarium or the Washington DC Zoo. The ducks, bugs and smaller birds were taken around my home near Asheville, NC. Also, have a squirrel-thing: ![]() Also this super-saturated butterfly-thing pictures that everyone I know seems to be a big fan of: ![]()
