Lock gate

This is a photo that I took recently on a visit to the small town of TODMORDEN about an hour's drive from our house.

Nice idea but I find the shot a little bit overexposed.

that's an interesting shot, though it kind of lacks a center of interest. so (next to working on the exposure) i would probably darken the garbage floating in the front to dial those blown out highlights down. a slight vignetting would be good, too. that way you could put some more attention to the gate.
it's a great start, so i would put some more work into it.
