Awesome... I'd love to visit the Pyrénées once in summer... but these winter photos look promising, too

In the first one, I think it's a bit of a pity the village on the bottom is so cut off, but that might be just my impression. Really like the sense of depth in the third one, and the colors in the second one.

Mountains rock

Hi mate, by seeing "é", I guess you've an azerty keyboard, do you live in France or close to it?
The Pyrénées are really beautiful in summer, there's a wonderful wildlife featuring lots of animals such as chamois, deers, ibex, and so on...
Of course, the Pyrénées aren't as amazing as the Alps, but that's a good place as well.

That's also my impression ^^
I thought I caught the whole village with my camera... I was a little bit disappointed with that when I open up the photos.

Well, another panoramic view

Yes, I did but not working on it yet...

Well, I'm a little bit running out inspiration in my country. I've tried several things for a few days. And still trying B&W:

Field

Slope

Pond

I was very inspiring when I wrote the titles, I know

Oh, and a question btw, any chance for editing the thread title?
I've just noticed I wrote Satyre's... which is an old nickname XD

Lovely update, I'm really fond of "Field" it creates a vast, empty feeling... Good contrast in "slope" and nice colors in "Pond". I know about the titles-problem, haha, I feel more creative when I write in my mothertongue, but when I upload photos and think of English ones...

You can edit your thread title any time - just edit your first post in the thread - there you can!

and nah, I'm not from France, I'm from Austria and have a German/Austrian QWERTZ keyboard - but we can type accents pretty well, too I wouldn't say the Alps are more impressive than the Pyrénées (maybe I'm too used to them) - they are different and both have their beauty

Field is very good. I love the open space and lonely tree there. It's simple but beautiful.

I'm not a friend of HDRs (personal taste thing, I think), but I got to admit the colors in Thunderstorm are really charming

Hey, thank you Nike!
I understand well you dislike HDR, that's very particular.
You probably enjoy the thunderstorm one because this isn't a HDR treatment ^^. I was very lucky to have a such exposure... The sky was very dark in the background while the hill was lit by a short rift in clouds. As a matter of fact, I didn't touch up the photo!

Great update! Love the colors in these. The 2nd and 4th might be more successful as B/W images. Overall, I think these may be a bit too central in composition, but that may be a matter of tastes.

Keep it up.

Thank you purplerose.

I tried to turn the last one on B&W but I'm not really satisfied with it, I prefer the version I posted.
Otherwise, I agree with you, subjects are often at the middle of the image but I like them though... ^^ As you said, it's a matter of taste

Well, here're some new ones:
No. 19 .:HDR vertorama:.

Alone among reddish grass

This reddish field caught my attention while I was walking around a forest. That was so intense I saw it through the foliage. I really don't know this color come from because all around the field, the grass is pretty green.

Colza sunset .:HDR vertorama:.

Tesla .:HDR vertorama:.

i was so dissapointed to get to the bottom! Love your work tremendously. your compositions, especially this last one are just amazing! I blew it up and the right side seemed fuzzy. wide angle lense or multiple exposures?

I cant wait to see more!

Thanks guy for nice words : )
Sorry for the late but I got some huge problems with my internet connection this last month.
I edited dead links.

About the last shot, it's a HDR (with standard exposures (-2, 0, 2EV)) panorama.

Let's go for a huge update : )

I love all of these photos but my favourite has to be the black and white one in the last batch. Can't say why exactly!

Very inspiring.
