Cleaning camera ( dust free)

Any one sugestions about cleaning my camera (eos350D) I,ve got some dust on my sensor but i'm an little bit scared i will damage it.

So tips and trics are more then welcome, because i cant take any pictures at this moment cause of the dust on my sensor is screwing up my photo's.
