Hello everyone. First Post! :)

Hello everyone. This is my first post but hopefully there will be more to follow. Just a few shots from Georgia, USA and Dublin, Ireland.

welcome to the forum

that last one works really well, the light coming in from the side giving great contrast across the two sides

the first has a nice separation from the two different types of stonework, though I feel its missing a certain something I can't put my finger on

the second one just doesn't hold much interest and the lighting just kinda feels as though it was a snapshot

keep posting ;]

Hello

The pier one is really nice although it needs cropping on the right side to make it central and get rid of the distraction in the corner.

I have to agree with grumble about the first one, maybe a reflection in the water or something would make it better but it's still good

I think I will have to disagree about the first one. The textures tell the story. You have all the criss cross straight lines that show strength and maturity. the rounded edges and dents and holes that show fragility. Ireland a beautiful country who has gone through so much strife but still stands strong! perfect.
