sorry I couldn't participate. :( Had to make school preparations these past couple of weeks.

My vote goes to stine. I really like the bright colors. It's very interesting as well. Could be a tad sharper though.

MLlanes, I like the subtle mood in yours. I also like how you handled the difficulty of a simplifying a busy subject (i.e. nice composition. :) ). Maybe a bit more editing in contrast and perhaps a slight vignette would make it pop more.

Hard vote, both are nice photos. :)

argh, i'm too late for voting! but my vote would of course have been going to MLlanes. i really like the composition of the shot and the b/w is a good choice for that subject. brings out the structure of the leaves beautifully, i think.

thanks for your votes, 3-4 has been a really close one this time! i'll think of a topic and hope that next challenge will have a few more participants. :)
