White Faced Capuchin Monkey

So I am out in Costa Rica for 3 months and there is plenty to see here. Spent the last week at the carribean coast, still getting used to the new gear.

Here are some of the critters I saw at Cahuita National Park, got chased by one of the little blighters too!

I really like these - it's a pity they're so small.

#1 is a good portrait and #3 is my favourite because it displays the social life of these monkeys very well and has a nice and interesting composition. The supine one really disturbed me when I first looked at the picture - I don't know why, but it somehow reminded me of mumified prehistoric burials. Eh, I got carried away, sorry :)

I'm not fooled though, monkeys are buggers that will bite your hand off if given the opportunity! >.<
