I saw a news article today about this bloke who was doing some long shots of a street in blackpool.
And was asked to delete his shots by a community support officer. Because he hadn't asked the subjects if they'd mind.
I was thinking "Well, i wouldn't wanna ask a whole street of busy shopping people if they mind if i take their photo ~.~"
Then they had this bloke on saying about the laws. but it doesn't make much sense.

So, im sure alot of youhave taken street photos, Did you ask the people before you took the shot?

'Cause i was thinking of doing some in the holidays sometime..>.>
And i really dont wanna get bloody arrested or something O.o

When you're in a public place, your work is your own. Always ask when you're in bars and similar environments, though. A guy I found drinking in a restaurant bar about summed it up when I asked him...

"It's a free country, and I'm in the public eye."
