Anyone know much about these cameras? I've seen them around, and seen some pictures taken with them, and I'm thinking about buying one.

i've been thinking about getting a holga for a while. and i just recently sold some prints and have enough to get the 120 and get a modifier thingy to make it 35mm if i want as well as a roll of 120 film.
but i'm still unsure. did you ever get one? what do you think? i'm thinking getting a new toy might pull me out of my slump lol.

I am an avid holga shooter and love the photos it can produce. I strongly suggest not using 35mm though because you will lose some of the best qualities of the holga, like the strong vignetting and random lens flares. there is only one setting for exposure even though there is a button for sun light and shade, which happen to do nothing. If you are metering its closets setting is f11 at 1/125 of a second. Or you can just shoot 400iso speed on cloudy days and 100-200iso on sunny days.

I am also thinking about getting a Holga 120... I've got the money to blow. I've been trying to decide whether to get the Holga or the Lomography Diana+ with a pinhole feature... I'm looking forward to trying them out, whichever I get. By saying you would recommend against the 35mm... do you mean the Holga 35mm cameras are simply not worth it (on a budget) compared against other 35mm cameras, or not worth it compared against other Holgas?
