I really like the 3rd one with the boxing gloves. Just a nitpick, but I wish they weren't cut off.

#s 2 and 4 are nice as well, but the expressions look a bit strained or forced to me. The expressions in #1 and 3 look a bit more natural.

I like the first one in the "more more more" post.

On the negative space, it depends on what you're going to use it for. It's great if you are going to add text to it. I would leave it there, but crop a little off the right to balance out the composition. If it was cropped off completely, more of the biker's helmet and the shadow would need to be visible in order for you to keep the dynamics of the moment and of the composition.
