I love animals, especially dogs and cats. When you take pictures of them... they just have this great look, especially in their eyes, like you can sort of tell how they're feeling.

Well, the two attached images were taken in early 2005, they were the last pictures I took of my dog, Chips, who sadly passed away that April. He had Cancer.

- This is my brothers dog, his name is Geo, a Belgium Shepherd. A real hyperactive and playful dog. He's also Great company when you're lonely hehe.

- This is a friends puppy, her names Julia. Real cute dog, was kinda lazy though. lol.

the last two are great. the colour of the dog against the couch works so well and the dogs expression is so emotive. it's a shame the eyes aren't in focus in the second pic.

At first I was disappointed that I messed up the focus in the second pic, but the more I looked at it, the more I preferred it out of focus, I think it adds to the pictures mood, his eyes just seem to glow more.
