first, the image is too big.

second, the photoshop work on the eyes is too noticeable. it needs to be subtle.

well for the monster pic , u might wanna redo the type face.
it doesnt convey much of it that of monster, maybe the size of it too.
look more on what type fits the monster.

there seems to be a lot of unused negative space, maybe u might wanna crop or make things bigger...

and fo rthe logo of monster it a lil overexposed and dark on the other side.
u might wanna show some light on the darker side by a reflector..
like foil or something...
