B/W - Sepia - Beginner

Hey guys, I've always been interested in photography, but I can't exactly afford an actual camera at the moment, but I have used the 1.3 mp camera on my phone today. Unfortunately, It's got a TON of noise on it. =[

Hopefully I can find a camera. Can anyone recommend a good Point and Shoot camera for around ~$150?

Can anyone give out some constructive help for a newbie?

I like the noise in the 2nd image, gives it a strange and intriguing quality.

For now play around with your compositions and try not to center everything.

I'm not a big camera expert, but your best bet is to do research on different cameras to see what features and prices they have and to read their reviews.
