This is largely an experiment to see how the attachment manager works.

I'm trying to post some (or, initially, one) picture(s) of some gators.

I like the painterly look of the image. Could be a little less central in composition though.

P.S. Try to keep your image sizes around 900 px. on the longest side. Sometimes it's hard to properly view images larger than that.

I couldn't get the image manager to upload the image from photobucket, but I was able to pull it off (someone else's) hard drive. Boom! Up it went--totally full-sized before I could do anything with it!

I'll probably just have to flail around a bit and figure out better how to post here.

Picture by the way was taken with a 3.2 megapixel Nikon Coolpix camera about as close to the gator as I could feel comfortable. My uncle lives in the area and says they can hit 25 mph on dry land. The evasion wisdom is to zig-zag if you're chased--they can't turn very well on their stubby little legs.
