I'm just wondering... where the heck did everyone go actually? from time to time I come on here, and will see posts about one or two people being "back", but then there's nothing for 3 months. The guys at CA were so nice to make this forum for us, and the spam seems to be gone now (which is what killed the forum in the first place... was the damage beyond repair?). Will it ever be like it was before again? :P

Stine, Morbid, Shadeofdawn, Samsite, Alucard, Ivy'sgrandkid, purplerose, ukanfoff, Asadex, Gentile... are you guys still out there? did andreas_pad or Barrett_Wallace or playmobile pimp or sharpshooter ever even join the photographymob forum after we split from CA? ...and I'm probably forgetting like 50,000,000 people from the old forums that used to be active? lol

Honestly, I feel REALLY bad making this thread when I haven't contributed anything myself... I'm actually thinking about just going and touching up some old pictures just to be able to post something until I can get money to buy a camera with (which will hopefully be in the next couple months). But I'm just really really wondering if anybody is around, and is going to stay around consistently? I miss the old phorums that were always bustling with challenges and scrapbooks and things :(

I thot this place would be bustling with people passionate about photography........ just like CA....... n i find that its practically dead!!....

Im in total agreement with both of you. I used to spend hours and hours on CA looking at all the amazing work and then taking the advice of others to help me get back into drawing. i want this photography forum to do the same thing!

Ive looked at other forums and this one is set up so much better! Who else has a sketchbook that you can document your total maturity in photo instead of spreading your pictures out all over the place!

We need to find a way to bring it back. Im here for good so...

hey there and thanks for starting this thread, someone! so sorry i wasn't able to participate more on the forums here... i think it's kind of a vicious circle: no one's answering to photos i posted and when i left comments on other threads they died and it seemed like the people starting the thread didn't even read it. so i stopped posting my stuff and concentrated on the other forums or my own projects. it's a shame though.
i'm willing to bring some life into this forum, so let's figure something out!

so heres the deal. I dont know the big shots around here but those who have a serious hobby or a career choice in this field have to make a choice to come on here at least once a week and post lets say, 10 times accross the forum minimum. For those who keep their work at the top of the sections; they will reap the benefit of crits from the best. It makes ppl put effort into it.
