The last one is really great, you can really see the despair of the man. The light of the lantern emphasizes it even more. Splendid photo :)

I like the last one too. I would crop a bit from the top (so you can't actually "see" the street light and then crop off the cut off rock on the left. Would also darken the shadows to further add to the mood as well as helping the contrast.
