I really do not understand why the moderators would allow the two posts that show up above mine to remain on this site. They have nothing to do with concept, art, or anything else relevant to those two words. If I have joined a porn advertising site, please let me know, because I was honestly looking for comments and critiques on pictures, not "Debbie Does Dallas".

Uh, am I the only person on this forum that feels this way. If you want to continue to have porn advertisements show up as posts, then sit there and keep your mouth shut, that's fine. If you want these done away with, then speak up and maybe the moderators, if there are any, will take action. It's up to you.

Happy birthday. I hope you had a good trip and a great time. Didn't mean to sound so disgruntled, but people who post that kinda stuff just sort of tick me off. Thanks for the comment. Any suggestions on the compostiion?

thanks, i'm as ticked off as you are about the spam
just seems a bit too central
perhaps taking the picture from lower down or higher up might help as well
one of those times where taking the picture from various places, angles and framing can be advantageous
course the framing can be messed about with by cropping in post production to some degree, though if thats the shot in its original size there isn't much background to play around with at it is
practice makes perfect as they say

Thanks.
Next time I'll try some different angles. I did try some different crops, but they all seemed to hurt more than help. Good advice. Thanks again.

generally speaking when your subject is facing a certain direction you'd want to crop more off the opposing side. That also works in conjunction with not having a perfectly centered focal point.
Still, its a nice shot:)

Lukias,
Thanks for taking the time to look and commment. I appreciate it. I did try some crops from the opposing side, but I couldn't get any that would work. I think I might have just shot it wrong from the get-go. I agree, though, it is a cute shot (but I may very well be biased ). Thanks again for the help.
