lots of hard work here, push on with the anatomy studies, and find a good book. I recommned Andrew Loomis, but you will have to track down a digital pdf of his books as they're out of print...but use reference.
Also work on you tones, its a goodf idea to number your tones from 1-5 or something, and only use those tones in a drawing...just try it. It helps achieve form. Then gradient the tones into one another....
But keep up the hard output!
