I'm about to graduate from college so.........
JUst a small question. I'm about to graduate from a liberal arts college as studio art w/emphasis in graphic design. small problem is that i REALLY wanna be an an illustrator. SO sould i go to grad school for illustration, or go to like a 2-or 3 year art school for illustration thanks in advance for any opinions

I would have to say that it probably would be a good idea if you want to work in illustration to get that degree... you could probably transfer some of your credits to a four year college and work towards your bachelors degree...
BUT... (there's always a but ) Keep in mind that your graphic design knowlegde is very valuable and right now designers are in high demand... (more so than illustrators.)...Good luck in whatever path you choose... Tam:cool: |
