G'day Dudes, I'm just about to turn 18 so I thought I should pull my head in and start a new SB.
Btw the whole aztec thing is because my 'art teacher' at school said if I wanted to paint in class I had to have a unifying theme, so I chose Aztecs... go figure.
To start things off.
Skull Study, experimenting with rendering.
Some random alien thing.
initial thumbnail for it
I did this for my brother, it's his wow character.
I was experimienting with seargent brush, experimentation is good , even if it turns out crap.
Did this for a poster of a play I was in.. good times.
sketch of it.

Nice pencil sketches as well, the tribal people are nicely done. Roll on.

nice, something good to say about Mel Gibson, instead of all the bashing going on because he got drunk and said stupid things like everyone does...anyways,love your stuff man,I can see that you work really hard to improve yourself and I admire that
great anatomy skillz, and just 18, i hope that i get there lol, im turning 18 in just 4 months
veru nice anatomy studies, dynamic poses and nice ideas.Your atzec inspired world still needs some polishing but could be a good base for other illustration, but always change subjects to mantain variety. The self portrait looks very clean and "50s", i like the way you drew the hair. The more you digtally paint he more confidence you gain, so keep at it
Miguelslo: He he , man your making awesome progress, 'you only out what you put in' - Nutrigrain add.
Dile: Yeah man I wanted to have some fun after doing stuff for school in the TC's.
TheGnoll: Thanks man, yeah my aztec world was kinda a half arsed effort. Owell It only motivated me to do better with my future concepts.
Study from the bridge miester.
Non ref'd study. Spent time consentrating muscles not pose, 90 45 and 0 degree angles are not organic.
