Holy bo-damn beautiful. I love the pieces. I have a problem with the size relation between the man and his horse, because the man seems way too big (or the horse too small), but I am not sure if the man is supposed to be normal human size, so I cant crit on that.
I love the first one.
The character has a lot of anatomical.. weird-ities (hell, i couldn't think of a real word this moment) but your enviroments are AWESOME. I'm jealous.
My work: [link]
the second and last one are beautiful. I love the composition of the second one. Colors remind me of Jon Foster's artwork. Nice job.
WOW! that is amazing! the man looks too big compared to the equss callibuss (horse ) though. otherwise all the rest are phenominal. great job!

Thanks very much for he answers
Now I can't just see tke knight without having that scale issue poping at my eyes
Nice work! The last pic is neat, very atmospheric.
I was going to run to the toilet just then but I thought to myself "I'll look at one more piece of concept art" and thanks to you Ive now wet my pants!
The first piece is easily my favourite. The sense of scale and depth is very good. The robotic horseman looks a bit off though. He looks a bit squashed.
wow these are really wonderful what else can I say ?
look I dont know why I love you I just do
first and last one are my fav's. nicely executed
"There is no such thing as 'accurate drawing'. There is beautiful
drawing, and ugly, and nothing else." JAD Ingres, Ecrits sur l'art
The sense of depth is amazing in the enviros!
Looks Awesome, keep it up
love the first and the last one! great colours and atmosphere.

wow the first two have a great sense of space, nice choice of colour as well. The third one is well painted, but the character looks out of place with proportions. Is he riding an armored pony?....
...dont answer that.
Rather, both the horse and character could be well....taller, even if there not. Unless he's some sort of dwarf or something, i suggest making the legs longer to fit with the upper chest area. The perspective you tried going for with the arm holding the mace didnt work as well as it could have. Comparing the distance of the forearm to the horse to the mace and to the character itself, the perspective dies there. The "humorous" (bicep area) should be pointed towards the crowd (us) in order to fit with that oversized hand. The distance of the mace looks relatively close to the figure, as if its too close to the figure to fit the distance of where the hand is....Have i lost you yet? probably, but the point is, it looks all discombobulated.
Anyway, enough of my rambling. Nice work big dawg
hi kemar !
that's amazing stuff !
oh man.....the first pic. blows me the shit away
Once u BOON u don't go back

Lovely pieces. That background carries alot of impact. I would definately say your first two are the strongest. Hope to see more -

Here are some other illustrations I did for cover arts:
A typical fantasy cover, for a novel by Weis and Hickman:
tome2: (His right arm looks too short, I have to correct that )
And other for another editor, still about fantasy, but that had to look very simple and different from the typical fantasy stuff : (the first 3 are the rejected propositions for the first book)
That was really interresting, I've used a lot of personal photos as refs for these.
The accepted version:
And here is the cover for the second opus:
Your comments are most welcome, thanks
yiaikks! These last environment looks so incredebly cool. The pirat, the clearing with the warriors, and this last one. totally dope. I'd love to hear some kinda background story for these, would be really neat.
when i saw those 2 fantasy pictures i was like "wow that looks like pictures from A death gates novel" (i think its named that in english) and its written by weis and hickman, is it that book u thought of when u made those?
Tigermilk: Thks very much. I'm affraid the novel is a french one. (I didn't even had the time to read it)
Doomgriever: Amazing! These are the french cover art for "the death gates" by Weis and Hickman. Glad you recognised :]
hahahah nice i love those books ^__^
those are some beautiful landscapes....great job.
Trés trés solide travail, ici ! Bravo ! J'aime l'ensemble, même si les deux premières et la quatrième ont ma préference. Joili-joli !
