Here's the finished version. Thanks for the crits everyone:
I did this sketch a couple days ago during a bout of insomnia. After some sleep I liked how it looked so I painted it up today in Photoshop.
Let me know what you think,

its pretty good, though the saber is a steady line
If there is water, that means there is oxygen, if there is oxygen that means we can breathe
I like the outfit; stylin. Though I'm not so sure about the color scheme... And it almost looks like he's sitting on that castle thing behind him. I like what you've done with the highlights on his costume and the 'swoosh' effects of the lightsabers. And that is quite the different spin on lightsabers there, interesting.
Why is the Rum gone??
I like it pretty well, but that orange hood, hair or whatnot is very distracting. If it's hair, give it more definition, rather than a big block with no texture. If its a hood, maybe make it the same color as the costume?
Something about the face bugs me, but I'm not sure what. The angle looks wierd when you can't see the neck, I guess.
I really like the lightsabres.
I see what you're all saying. I've made a couple changes here, still more to come.
pretty sweet start! I think you can push the lighting more... you know, darken the BG a bit so we dont' see all that 50% grey. make the light sabers the only light source and it'll heighten the drama!
Pretty cool, man. This brings back a lot of good memories of saber battles. I like his tabi style shoes(aka ninja toes). I agree with what's been said. It really needs more darks. He's looking kinda flat right now because he's pretty much all lights. His darkest darks are kind of a darker middle grey. I look at the wall behind him with its high contrast and he really doesn't fit into the environment. If he was more strongly underlit with the saber illuminating his face... that would be sweet.
And oh yeah, those sabers just plain rock! You've invented a new rendition of the lightsaber, my friend. Awesomeness be thy name.
his hood doesnt follow his head's shape(unless that perticular character has a big bump on his cranium), which makes his face look out of place. But in all I really like the pose and the coloring and the light sabers.

The Reborn were always my favorite villians to kill. Great work on this piece.
It's finished. Hope you like it, thanks to everyone who replied and gave their crits. I think it looks way better than the first draft.
admirable work dude!!...
