I did this image to demonstrate in a Brazilian digital art forum the use of one brush in PS CS2, with only variations in size and blending modes (normal, multiply for deep shadows and color dodge for extreme highlights).
The settings for this standard hard brush was 40 pixels for most of the brush strokes and variations of 20 px and 6 px for details in 100% opacity and 25% flow.
I started to paint a Grey Gandalf but I think he's looking more like a Saruman, (my hand was a little heavy, lol)
weird being so close up. I like it. The eye closest to the viewing plane needs a touch more detail or maybe clarity is a better word. good stuff
Awww, man!! Sorry about that. Yeah, thats gonna stain.
I think it looks like Gandalf in one of his more intense moments - stern but not evil. Well done.Originally Posted by schaalI started to paint a Grey Gandalf but I think he's looking more like a Saruman, (my hand was a little heavy, lol)
