If no one has heard of this yet, here it is. http://www.x-cad.net is offering a free 3d modeling program to the first 100,000 that register by August 1. All they want to know is how many people are the slightest bit interested in the program they're offering, and you only need an email in order to register. Currently the amount of users is 50,000+, and I being one of them, urge you to consider, since I want free stuff . As I know that this is hardly related to Concept art, I believe that knowing at least some basics in 3D modeling, could help land a job - and if you're pretty good at it, even better. So I intend to learn the art at one time, or another, and I'd like to get a jump start on school, it's either knowing how to model, or to create textures, or both. I'm just trying to "expand my horizons." That said: Sign up people!
