Nice work man, a few crits though.
The lady is pretty nice except for the pencil eraser nipples and that she seems to get exceptionally narrow starting at the waist. The actual waist looks reasonable for a skinny girl, but by the time the legs get down to the knees they seem impossibly narrow. By the time you get down to the calves and ankles it looks like the legs belong to someone much smaller. Overall it gives the impression of her having very fragile legs. I just noticed that in one of the pics the lower legs are seperate geometry, which makes me think you possibly modeled them separatly thus creating the proportion issue. What I can see of the dragon looks pretty nice though.
