I need to know some stuff in Prague that an art student should be looking at.
Right now I have the Mucha Museum, the Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, Toy Museum, Astronomical Clock.
The reason I need this is because there's a $3000 traveling scholarship for graduating seniors and we have to write a proposal to get it. The reason I chose Prague is because that's where the next workshop is going to be.
I figured some people on here actually live there.
I was only there briefly, but as I remember most of Praha, at least the old bits, is art worth seeing. the Old Town Square has the Glockenspiel(?) astronomical clock, and a classic statue-bronze I believe- of a saint whose name and story i have forgotten. Niklas? (another bridge worth your time). the square also has a beautiful church, which i think has a badass skeleton in it.
So yeah, I guess those comments are of limited helpfulness... o well i'm sure some friendly Czec will help you out.
have fun, ya lucky bastid
