post your HALLOWEEN photos / costumes

its getting that time again...
i wanted to start this thread early so people can post pics of what theyve done in the past couple years and then post pics from this year!
i wish i had time to come up with a really elaborate costume.

this is from last year

im on the left in the C3PO mask, with my best friend, Nien Numb... not much of a costume :/ rushed to get something together to wear to the party. oh well.
i wish i had photos from a couple years ago. i was Raphael from TMNT crossed with a 80s gang member

if i can pull it off, i wanna be Whiplash The Cowboy Monkey this year, but im so busy with working and getting packed up to move i dont know if i can make it happen

and eventually i have to do this for halloween some year... its been a goal of mine to recreate the Halloween party from The Karate Kid, with guys in skeleton suits and someone in the shower outfit

ooo and sometime i really want to be Mola Ram

so anyways, post pics of what you are doing this year or what youve done in the past!

wes

hahah, the shower outfit!

In the past, I had one of the easiest costumes...I just put on my Kung Fu uniform and proclaimed myself the Shao Lin master on Halloween

cheap

the only thing stopping Wes from being Whiplash is time. That's scary...lol

ahh, good times

ROFL Wes... c3po.
Takatch and I were down at CIA a week or so ago at about midnight and ran into some dudes making ships for their viking costumes.
Me, personally, I'd like to dress in all red and rig up some rims to the side of me... I wanna be the menstral cycle.
Pics as soon as I can.

I don't have any photos from last year so this is the closest image I could find on the net.

TWman was hi-larious

I was Fred Durst of Limp Bizkut's 5 seconds of fame in 2000. It was a crappy costume but I had fun acting dumb for the part.

Costumes for past years were...
God
French
Pootie Tang

I was also white trash one year, I got a pair of huge nikes, a gas station shirt with the name tag "Ron" and a "Rebel Riders" hat that sported a confederate flag. The best part was a blond wig pined to the back of the hat making for a glorious mullet.

Don't have a clue what I'll do this year It usually comes to me the day of or before.

haha, these are all awesome. tw man has on some nice sneakers! cotron, you look like a burn victim scary stuff..

here's mine from yesterday, Pris from Blade Runner.. woo. there was a kid's halloween party at work and a bunch of us dressed up.. and after the party, 4 of us took a walk ~ Mr Donkey Conga, the green guy from Katamari Damaci, and No-Face from spirited away, and myself decided to go to the posh shopping mall across the street. the best part was we went to tully's coffee first and picked up some coffee. standing at a busy intersection holding our coffee was priceless

I'm going as this painting by Schonberg.

I spent 2 years doing stage makeup for a theatre company, and I still have tons of leftovers. Not sure exactly how the body costume will go, but I'll see what I can dig up at the thrift store tomorrow.

great story Nova, I can totally picture your little gang in downtown bellevue, freaking out all the BMW driving yuppies. I want to see a picture of the guy dressed like the Katamuri Damacy dude. I love that game!

dude's here are my holloween pics from last year...
these were taken over at my cousin's house.
the dude in the whit gimp mask is me and the dude with the armor, hood, and cape...in all black is my best friend.

i made this mask myself, i got the idea from one of my favorite bands, "slipknot", my mask i based off of shawn's mask...the dude with the long nose in the band that does the percussion.

here is another shot of my buddy..in his dark knight outfit...his armor and dagger , bought from renaisance festival we went to earlier that year. the swords ar his.

oh my god, Zack, what an ingeniously awesome costume! and all it costs is the price of a six-pack o' whities and a set of long johns!

This year I think you could really step it up by becming DTW man....thats right: DIRTY tighty-whitie man! I mean chances are, the costume from last year has probably already seen a significant amount of action, right? just crank up the dirt-o-meter with some custom skid marks, etc., and you take TW man into a whole new realm of..uh...authenticity?

Then again, the chick-magnet factor would probably be significantly decreased with with this upgrade, but imagine how much MORE fun it would be to slap a pimp with DIRTY drawers!!

Ugh...I need to wash my mind out now...

cotron - icky.

lono - Argh! Undeezzzzz

nova - You are now known as Pris in my world.

I went as the Sandman and went down to Santa Monica Blvd. There were a few thousand people I got recognized and recieved a few compliments, but the best was getting my filter stroked by some strange girl dressed like a damaged nurse.

Went to bed @ 5am, got up at 8am, and am at work right now slowly drifting in and out of sleeppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp.

MuffinMan - Thanks man! Actually I had pretty much all of this at home. Kinda strange I guess. Last year was the worse money-wise for me. I imported a masguerade mask from Italy and rented a costume to go to a party and when I got there it was raining. So I dropped around $500 on a costume I wore for about 10 minutes. I have the mask still though. It's in my bedroom and greets me when I wake up.

I like your nose.

nova - Thanks! It was out of a book! A comic book. I looked at a few of the Sandman Mystery Theaters I had in boxes at the house and pretty much had everything required.

pseudo - You don't even know man. There were sooooo many cross dressers that it became rather difficult to tell after a while. It was a great time though. I don't know where you'd see more people in costume at one time other then Carnival in Italy.
