I didn't crop it... but I can see why you think it would be croppedOriginally Posted by phrozac
Aw yeah DUNE!! I love the sense of scale in the sandworm piece.
Wow! I like the lighting in just about every one of these pieces. I recommend working on defining your forms better, ie cleaning up the edges of surfaces and cleaning up shapes in general. Most of the areas on your characrers, especialy the robotik ones, are very vague. Im excited to see your work by the time you hit the industry!
BLAST ON YOU!
Totaly sweet, I love the drawins and the coloring. They are just awesome. And I feel bad for the two guys beside the sandworm... And the picture above that one owns too, love the feeling. Keep on a posting!
Hi ColdKodiak - how goes it in SF? I'm a fellow student at the Art Institute in Dallas. Love your work - your painting skills are exceptional - your pieces have atmosphere and mood which I greatly admire. Keep up the good work sir.

clean up my shapes. Now that I look at it, you're absolutely right. I need to work on that, I do tend to keep my drawings just sort of ambiguous, and my paintings reflect that as well :/Originally Posted by nardfrog

LightKirtar> Heh. The Dune series is one of my fundemental inspirations of story telling ... it's good to see enthusiam shared for it.
Ulysses> Well San Fran goes a little slow, I just started and the fundemental classes (except for design) are incredibly boring. But otherwise spirits are high, and I've already met same interesting and whacky people (a guy from the New York bronx for one) Thanks for the favorable words.
