It's day 12 and I have been struck by a migraine! I only spent 30 mins today. I went for the black background to reduce strain on my eyes and reduce the feeling of nausea from looking at a bright screen! I'm rather proud of myself and for managing to get out of bed to get it done!
Got in some good gesture / figure sessions and I'm really starting to work on economy of line.

Top 3 are from reference, rest of them are attempts on applying them.
Tried fleshing them out. Oh the horror. I don't even know what anymore.

So now that I'm getting gesture down a bit. I'm noticing that I tend to slack when it comes to the feet of the models, they often become triangles or worse the leg tapers into a point before reaching the foot. I dedicated today to researching feet and working on understanding how they are put together. Might have to go back to basic forms on this temporarily, but I'm pretty proud of some of my imagined feet I'm submitting. Everything below the line across the page is imagined
It's day 13 and I spent about an hour and a half on this today. Still having a lot of fun and still feeling like I'm learning! The top sketches are 30 second torso poses. The bottom left is from reference and the two bottom right are from imagination. Whilst still struggling to recall the anatomy in detail from imagination, I do feel like I' managing to pull off some 3d looking forms of the figure now. Progress.
