Here's some progress on mine. For the people that are wondering, her crown is also her bow O_O
A creative artist works on his next composition because he is not satisfied with his previous one. When he loses a critical attitude toward his own work, he ceases to be an artist. - Dmitri Shostakovich
Been on an Art Deco kick lately so decided to do a Deco Artemis with Erte inspired tree. Also went with the crescent motif. Still figuring out dress and legs-not sure if I'm liking where there at yet. Hopefully will be able to color and finish by Sunday! Everyone's is looking great!
bilopsis: not a bad start to CA! Love those sketches!
Appylon: Awesome stuff so far!!
Amit_F: Great sketch, but remember character needs to be human!
Initially was going to sit out, but decided to give this a try anyways. It's a good opportunity to practice folding of clothing. Don't know if i'll be able to finish since I started so late, but we'll see...
Wanted to go for a more traditional Greek look to her design. Having some issues with her left hand, but I think I have some solutions for that, also her neck seems a little off center.
I need some more experience with human characters, since I as much as I'd love to I can't live exclusively with just creatures. (I think I should start with some male characters at some point, but women are more fun to draw I find) But, I'm gonna take a break for now and maybe get back to it in the morning.

Doing some sketching, and thinking
somethin like this
... okay looks like this damn forum is not working again
@Tea of Doom: The bow needs to be silver. Right now it doesn't look like it's silver, so perhaps you need to push it a little more.

some wippage!! I dunno, I might make it...unless I get lazy...this is a surprisingly more gentle approach as opposed to what I usually do, a change of scenery is always good every now and then...
wanted to emphasize her relationship with nature...I am also aware of some awkwardness with her arm and the antlers...
