I'm starting this sketchbook to keep track of my progress. My aim is to improve my digital painting skill (no skill), so far I love playing with values and lighting / shading. As I do have very strong 3D background I want to get as best as possible in quick sketches that would improve my overall workflow.

And today I've played a bit with lighting and shading:
Tomato is based on one of my 3D works. I find it easier to paint when I break things into light, reflections, refractions, sss etc. Just like in 3d.
