I'm "Mausroo", or rather "Amelia" if you'd met me in real life, and didn't judge a book by it's cover. (The Surgery is going to take a few years. haha. eep.)
I've been drawing on or off for a few years since 2005, despite the length I've had to improve and my enduring ambition to do better, I'm massively inept. Like pipboy in the thread "Am I too old for art school" I made the wrong career choice and studied Forensic Chemistry for Two years as my parents were very critical of Arts as a valid career choice, only recently I've suspended my studies for a year as I've moved away from them and applied for College with their foundation year.
Pretty much joined the forum to help kick start the habit and get involved with the community. I've a perchance for Comics (I loved Darick Robertson as he illustrated Transmetropolitan.) and I'm not a stranger to Art History, but art criticism and giving useful feedback is a bit more problematic. (As I have little idea of what it is I'm doing.)
-Hope this hasn't been too long an introduction-
