Hm, I wrote this thread but I don't think it came trhough so I am posting it again.
I'm 22, and planning to apply this spring for an Icelandic art school. The department I'm aiming for is a mix of Fine Arts and Illustration.
At the moment I am taking art classes, model drawing, model and protrett painting and watercolour.
What needs to be in my portfolio are 10-20 completed works and sketch/sketchbook.
I'm going to post a few picture of my more personal works, and later on I'll add more classical and model works.
Please if you can, take the time and comment, tell me what you think, what should be in or not. Also how much of the main portfolio should be classical vs. personal. And any other tips that might help! Thank you
