I'm a "beginner" in a sense that I have no formal training and I know that where I am now is not where I want to be and nowhere remotely close to where I could, should and will eventually be.
I know better than to ask the common questions of "How to art?". I don't want tutorials on how to create a robot dog or how to draw an anime half-rabbit woman in a bikini. I know how to look up tutorials.
What I am looking for is a mentor that can give me clear answers to questions like "How should I go about practicing creating color pallets?", "How can I implement the golden spiral rule in order to improve the composition of my work?" and "What can I do to improve my ability to establish attractive, well defined light sources?"
I feel like I am at a plateau and I don't know where to turn. I can see my shortcomings and I know where I need to improve. I am serious about getting better, at becoming amazing and I absorb and understand information at a frightening rate. I'm very passionate and serious about improving.
If anyone is looking to be a mentor to someone who is serious, dedicated and passionate about improving please consider helping me out. Words would not be able to express my gratitude to such an individual and heck, when I become rich and famous I won't forget about you and you have my word on that!
Really, thanks in advance to anyone who even considers helping me out! Everyone here is so helpful and talented you guys really are awesome!
