I have a question regarding to the pen tool in photoshop. This is more aimed for those who had experience in SAI as well.
I have not given time to fully experience Photoshop's way of the pen tool, and the different ways you can mess with it. I have used PS for a long while but never gotten in touch with the pen tool.
I have played around with SAI's pen tool layer and given its incredibly easy and quick adjustments I found how I like it adds the "anchor points" in calculations after making a normal stroke with your pen stylus. Free to move the strokes either by individual anchor points or move the entire line in a direction.
Is there a more simpler way to achieve a simular pen tool method inside Photoshop?
The short answer is NO! Unfortunately SAI is the only program with a good point/line editing tool, my dream would be for all the vector people to adopt its method for their programs, imagine Illustrator with SAI's editing, of course this will never happen, they make Illustrator hard so they can have classes for it.
