I am always on a mission to improve my art…therefore it is time to start my sketchbook on CA! Here you will find most of my finished artworks and sketches. But you can also visit my Blog for all my latest stuff.
Let’s start with some finished artworks and sketches from the past couple of months. It is mostly comic related stuff, but that’s what I really love to draw and paint.
This is a compilation of my “100 One Hour Portraits” I had done last year.
More stuff coming soon!

very cool stuff, the 1hour portraits is definitely something i need to attempt myself.
You have some awesome stuff! I would kind of liek to see wome of your roughs and sketches, just out of curiosity and to get a better sense of how you work.
"This is a paint and pixel-splattered furnace that forges the swords of artistic mastery. This is a place where swarthy and belligerent dwarves drink turpentine mead, berate their apprentices and slap the trade into their skulls. It's where the anvils are made of graphite, the hammers are as true as rectangular marquee selections and the fires burn with the light of a thousand lensflares." --Jason Rainville
@davi Thanks for the help and also for the nice comment about my stuff. The One Hour Portrait Series was really fun and helped me to understand a lot about value. Just try it and have fun!
@wooden mango Thanks! I start with some loose and tiny scribbles and even I can´t read them sometimes But I will post something about my painting process sooner or later.
Magnificent, nothing else needs to be said.

great start man those one hour portraits are awesome!
(Insert witty remark here)
Here is my latest Spiderman artwork. I wanted him to watch directly to the viewer’s eye while he is climbing the walls. But there is always some kind of danger in the air…

this is my latest Hulk artwork. The main idea was to show Bruce Banner absorbed in thought while he is walking. He always tries to keep the beast in the cage, but the beast wants to break out all the time…

Amazing dude, just amazing, the way to show emotion on your pieces is great.
I think the hulk one is the one I like the most, I would've played a bit with Bruce's shadow, making it a bit more "hulk-like" you know? But that's just me, of course, "I would've" if I had your skills...., right now I can only dream
Keep posting, these are awesome!
My sketchbook - help me get better!
Thank you for the nice comment about my work, fernandoart! Making the shadow of Bruce Banner more like a Hulk shape is a great idea. I will use it in an upcoming artwork for sure.
Great work bro...can u tell me how to make posts and sketchbook cause am a new user here.. thx...
Very nice last one! )
Next to my digital work I am currently doing a lot of traditional pencil drawings. Here are my latest two pieces…the Punisher and Spiderman.
Here are my two latest Captain America sketches. The first one was all about the pose and the second one was just a quick and loose attempt to capture some of Cap’s emotions.
This is my Venom artwork for my villain’s poll on deviantArt. I started drawing Venom, but somehow Spidey showed up and is now trying to stop him from destroying the city…Hope you enjoy it!
I am currently using a mixture of traditional pencils, watercolors/acrylics and digital. This seems to be a good and fun way to give my artworks a more painterly and lively look.
Here is the second piece for my villain’s poll and it is all about Dr.Doom! I wanted to show him in front of his own banner while he is generating some destructive energy bolts with his hands.
I am still playing around with a mix of traditional and digital. It is really fun and I am curious what can be achieved by using this kind of mixture.
Here is the fourth artwork for my villain’s poll and this time it is Apocalypse. It was the first time for me drawing and painting him and I tried to make him as big and powerful as possible.
I am still working and playing around with my mixture between traditional and digital. Therefore I have also posted my initial pencil drawing. This time I was using more black outlines within the painting, because I wanted to keep the feeling of the drawing.
