And, not that these forums aren't great, but I'd haul my butt to some 3D message board, where you'd get more help from more people who are in the digital 3D world. This pace here is more about sculpting in clay.

Moelling's all about Topology and EdgeFlow. Organic modellng depends on mimicing the muscle structures of the body, and keeping the flow of the polygons same as the flow of the muscles. I'd recommend you checking out --this thread-- to see what I'm getting at.
