I'm getting a laptop soon and I also want to get a tablet and drawing/painting program. The thing is, I don't know what I should get. I am not a very good artist yet so I don't need to get the latest and greatest, but i would like something decent. I am totally new to this stuf, I've always drawn on paper before.
Any advice or suggestions are appreciated, thanks.
Ah the laptops again, they're only good if you have to travel from Home<>School/Office and connect it to a proper monitor, the monitors in them are not very good, even worse than most home monitors, you need at least a PVA but a S-IPS panel would be preferable.
Any Sandy Bridge i3, i5, i7 is good enough, 4GB of RAM and a good enough graphics card if you need OpenGL in Photoshop.
