Not quite certain if this is the correct forum, but I paint digitally and am looking for a good printer (not really expensive).
There is one is on sale this week at Staples - the Epson Stylus r1900 wide format printer, which usually sells for $549. There is a $300 rebate now which sounds almost too good to be true. You can print on paper as well as canvas. CNET rates it 4 out of 5 stars but I'm curious to know if anyone has experience with a desktop home printer like this.
I'm just thinking that I could save quite a bit if I printed my own digital paintings that I'm going to sell.
Any advice from anyone out there would certainly be appreciated. A good deal is only a good deal if it will actually serve my purpose!
Thanks so much!
