Fernteixeira - Thank youu
bbwolf - Hey thanks man, and sorry for posting this reply sooo late, you've probably moved on and found a million ways do do stuff better than this but I'll try to explain some of my process. I've included 3 b-w steps of a killer bunny here, maybee not much in terms of explaining what I do but after this BW stage, I always work on one to two layers since that is what my computer can handle, and then I colorize the image using Ctrl+U in photoshop, (check the little thingy in the box there) and pull on the sliders to find you overall Theme colour. What I do after that is usually pick colours to go warmer or colder aganst that one "theme colour" and paint out details and pools of light with those. most of the work is already done in black and white. This explanation is now a mess, but I'll try to make something for this weeks cow: Fungal Beast. and save the process more clearly.
Again thanks for the kinds words man, always a great pick-me-up :>
Licencetoconfuse - Thanks man, yeah I do love leyendecker!
Ashess - Thank you and haha Its the truth man! I'll try to remedy the situation with some artsys:

The glistening, vibrant light in your art is gorgeous.
I've just come across from your bioluminescent COW fungal beast entry which REALLY caught my eye. Talent.
Loving your work! seriously your studies are awesome!! Voted for you this week, i thought your creature was not only well thought out but brilliantly rendered, you sort of hid its lower body so you wouldn't have to render it to much.
Hi Vulgaaar thanks for stopping by ;>
Hey Neyut! You're right on the money, excessive amounts of coffee. It keeps getting cold so I microwave the same cup 4-5 times. (makes for good short breaks for the hands)
About lines, Thanks alot for the compliment. I just started very slow and carefully looked over the whole diagram before starting. then started to go faster and faster. I'll look into the whole turtle affair.

Sjuuukt fina färger. I just saw your final on the Pale Greeter challenge and I'm very impressed with the result. It's so smooth and yet so crisp for some reason. Infact most of your stuff is like that. I dig last weeks assault beast you came up with too. Don't know how you pull it off. <-- Jealous.
